ORDERING INFORMATION

This is a service we offer exclusively to employees of Maury
County Schools.
You may place an order for any of the services or products detailed on
our What We Offer link. A PDF format of
our order form may be printed from the link at right. You do not have to
submit this form, but we will need specifics from you when you place
your order such as:
- Name
- School
- School e-mail
- Date requested by
- Number of items
- Color requested (if applicable)
We will make every effort to complete your order as requested and within
the time frame specified; however, we can never anticipate the volume of
orders we will receive. If we need to contact you regarding your order,
we will do so by e-mail.
Orders may be submitted:

Unless otherwise specified, we will
deliver your order and your invoice through the courier, (please see the
schedule links at right). Payment may be sent through the courier. We
appreciate timely payment of all invoices, and accept purchase orders,
cash or check written to MCTC. If you are using a purchase order, you
must request that number from your bookkeeper before you place your
order. We can provide an estimate of the cost.
Please plan ahead before you order and
allow at least two weeks for most orders, four weeks if we are designing
an item for you. If you need something in a hurry, we suggest you
stop-by, and we will be happy to assist you with your project.
