Kindergarten 2010-2011 Registration Information

March 18, 2010 from 8:00am to 5:00pm



Please bring the following information with you to register your child:

State of Tennessee School Entry Requirements:

  • A record of Birth/Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Recent Physical (completed in current year)
 
  • Immunization information will not be available until April 1st.
Please contact your medical provider for further information.



You must come on July 28, 2010 even if you
pre-registered your child(ren) in March.
