Nashville Ballet Visits J. E. Woodard Elementary School

The Emperor and the Nightingale is based on the classic story, The Nightingale by Hans Christian Anderson.  The story is narrated with the ballet as the illustrations for the story and as the interpretation of the music.

Molly, the dancer who was the real nightingale, was injured during the wonderful performance at out school.  We all hope that her injury wasn't too great and that she can fully recover soon.
